These terms cover use of Khel Khazana and any future accepted retail orders. Online ordering is currently unavailable; a saved bag is not an order or reservation.

Products, prices and acceptance

Prices are displayed in PKR. Product specifications, availability, delivery charges and applicable taxes must be confirmed before payment. Product photographs show the listed design; screen colours may vary. We may correct errors before accepting an order and will contact you about a material change.

Lawful use and authorised payments

Use only payment methods you own or are authorised to use. Stolen credentials, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful purchases and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable fraud concern or legal restriction.

Transaction review

Once payments are enabled, unusual orders, repeated failed attempts, inconsistent customer details and disputes may be reviewed with the payment provider. A payment may be paused or an order withheld pending proportionate verification. See Fraud prevention for the review process. We do not claim that automated monitoring is currently active.

Disputes and consumer rights

Contact us promptly about an error or unauthorised transaction and contact your payment provider where appropriate. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable Pakistani law does not allow us to exclude.
