Saved bags

A saved bag is not an order. You can remove items at any time, and there is nothing to cancel while online ordering is unavailable.

Future accepted orders

Request cancellation through Contact with the order reference as soon as possible. We will confirm whether fulfilment can still be stopped. If dispatched, the return process may apply. Any approved refund follows the original payment method.
